Responsible for ensuring line of business can translate ‘operating in a cLEAN® way’ into actions and results. Champion for and model of cLEAN® mindset; able to mentor and coach both cLEAN® partners and leaders in line of business in cLEAN® methodology. Education: BA/BS degree, Masters degree in Business/Engineering preferred Experience: Five (5)+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the areas of Operations or Quality Three (3) to five (5) years experience leading and coaching in a Lean environment. Experienced change agent able to inspire others and to change the thinking of others at multiple levels of an organization. Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Demonstrated Lean mindset and understanding of the application of Lean tools and thinking in a manufacturing organization. Solid understanding of Lean principles, able to apply Lean/Six Sigma concepts to improve business results. Able to support A3 problem solving and Lean Shopfloor management systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to work near operating equipment.
