The SAP Security lead is accountable for access enablement and management of applications in the HR/Payroll domain. The primary role will be ensuring data security across all systems, ensuring PII and SOX requirements are met. The resource will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Security capability, and knowledge of SAP GRC and Solution Manager is required. The individual will lead the Security team that includes on-site and off-shore resources and support both Production Environments and Project Initiatives. The individual will troubleshoot issues, enhance system when needed and drive resolution for critical issues by bringing in teams together. This position will be accountable for SAP system role design and implementation. This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining and enforcing security standards and procedures. They will supervise work of, and provide guidance to, on- and off-shore SAP Security Analysts. They will determine and "enforce" documentation content standards and oversee the development of security roles and objects to a uniform & quality standard. Debug security authorization issues. Organize and manage security tasks for on-going projects. Will act as primary triage for incidents and problem management in SAP security domain. REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: IT Lead, SAP Security This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Candidates that possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management are preferred. A minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Security is required. An SAP Security or GRC certification is preferred. This position requires that candidates possess strong technical knowledge in Security objects of SAP ECC and BI. SAP ECC6 version experience required. This position requires deep understanding and knowledge of the GRC tool. This position requires that candidates have completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP implementations. Candidates that possess 2 years of SAP security experience in SAP HR/Payroll domain are preferred. This position requires strong understanding of SDLC processes for project execution. This position requires technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations. Candidates who have experience in a FDA regulated environment are preferred. This position requires the ability to lead dotted line resources and contract resources. The ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are required for this position. In addition the ability to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines is required. This position requires 10% travel and will be based in New Brunswick, NJ.
